Our Products All Zakane pieces are custom-made and made to order. Each item is handcrafted, and slight variations in appearance from product photos may occur — this is a hallmark of artisan craftsmanship, not a defect.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Zakane reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Order Cancellations Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Refunds All sales are final. As every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will repair or replace the item and return it to you at no charge.

Shipping We ship domestically within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from Los Angeles, CA. Production times vary by item — estimated timelines will be noted on each product page. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product designs, photography, logos, and text — is the property of Zakane and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Zakane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
