All Zakane pieces are made to order and custom-crafted especially for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will repair or replace the item and return it to you at no additional cost.
