Free Shipping We offer complimentary shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Production Time All Zakane pieces are made to order. Please allow 14 business days for your item to be crafted before it ships. Estimated production times are listed on each product page.

Delivery Time Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the US.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@zakane.co with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
