Production & delivery

Production takes 14 business days. With 40 years of experience behind our work, we believe exceptional jewelry deserves time and attention—not shortcuts.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Contact us before ordering for a particular occasion so we can discuss timing and confirm when production will begin. A requested date is not a delivery guarantee.

Ring sizing

For the most reliable fit, have your finger measured by a professional jeweler. Tell them whether you prefer a narrow or wide band, since band width can affect fit.

Use the sizing system shown on the product. If you are unsure of your size or need a size that is not listed, ask us before ordering. Do not guess or rely on a screen image to measure a ring.

Resizing feasibility and any cost depend on the design. Contact us to discuss your piece; resizing is not automatically included.

Made-to-order returns

Each piece is made to order. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please confirm your size, selected options and design details before placing your order.

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, contact us so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Custom designs & order changes

Start with an inquiry. We will discuss your idea, specifications, quote and production timing before you commit. An inquiry is not an order and does not take payment.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We must review the status of your piece before confirming what is possible. A request does not itself change or cancel an order.

Jewelry care & repairs

Store pieces separately to help prevent scratches. Remove jewelry before strenuous activity and avoid contact with harsh chemicals. The right cleaning method depends on the metal, stones and setting.

Ask us for care guidance specific to your piece before using an ultrasonic cleaner, steam or cleaning solution. For repairs, contact us for an assessment before sending your jewelry.

Shipping questions

Shipping options, charges and transit times are separate from the 14-business-day production period. Review the shipping information available at checkout and contact us about your destination or a time-sensitive order before purchasing.

Ask us before placing an order if you need a particular delivery service or signature arrangement.
